Mr. Varun Jaipuria, Director at RJ Corp, Varun Jaipuria, completed his schooling from Millfield Somerset , England and joined the beverage industry. He is on the Board of Directors of all RJ Corp Group of Companies and has been regarded as someone who can deliver whatever may be the odds . Over 8 years of varied and diverse experience in FMCG industry across entire management hierarchy with a perfect blend of Business orientation and People focus, Varun has been the frontrunner in starting the Nike Franchise retail business at RJ Corp. RJ Corp retail is now Nike's second largest Master franchise in the country with the establishment of 30 Nike stores Pan –India.

He continues to hold diverse challenging roles with RJ Corp including :

• Director – Varun Beverages Limited ( Largest Pepsi Franchisee In India & 5 countries)

• Director - Devyani International Ltd ( Largest Pizza Hut/ KFC & Costa Coffee Franchisee )

• Member , Board of Directors of all RJ Corp Business Verticals , viz , Pepsi, Pizza Hut & KFC , Costa , Cryoviva Biotech, Cream bell, Nike & J-MART

• Director- Nike Franchise Business , he has championed business development , institutional sales , high performing employee engagement and quality initiatives, which allowed outstanding talent development across the organization much ahead of the industry compatriots. Since 2008 Varun’s passion is to work in the area of enhancing performance through cultural, structural, developmental and systemic interventions with people. He has worked with various business heads at RJ Corp in India and Overseas to deliver strategic business solutions including implementation of the sales automation tools that have further build an enduring value for all stakeholders.
